R510 not working

My R510 is not working and I've tried resetting and other suggestions from the many posts with the same issue.  No suggestions are fixing the problem.  This is the 2nd time for this issue and is frustrating it keeps happening.  How do I get my Ruckus back online?

Could you kindly provide a screenshot of your laptop displaying the step at which you're encountering difficulties during the software recovery process?

My switch is still not working.  I don't have the time currently to start this process over and sit and wait hours for an email response for support.

Apologies, We suggest you replying between 8.00AM to 5.00 PM EST hours for quick response. That is working hours for Lennar technical assistance center.

We have tried to create the guides as non-technical as possible so that they are not much difficult to follow. However, if you continue to have difficulty following the process, we recommend that you seek outside help or a technician.
