My R510 is not working and I've tried resetting and other suggestions from the many posts with the same issue. No suggestions are fixing the problem. This is the 2nd time for this issue and is frustrating it keeps happening. How do I get my Ruckus back online?

it is now stuck in rest mode I guess, the yellow lights just keep flashing

Thank you for the response and the update.
When all the lights on the Switch flash amber after some time PWR and SYST lights should turn green. That indicates the Switch is back in its normal state.
If the flashing doesn't stop for a long time, please try to reset the Switch with a paper clip multiple times as described in the guide.
Even if that doesn't work, the only option left is performing the software recovery on the Switch.
Please perform the software recovery as describe in the same article and let me know if you need help at any point during the process.

I am not getting anywhere with the hard reboot. My screens are not taking me to the same screens the instructions are telling me I should be getting. The folders are an issue also. I am stuck
