I recently moved into a Lennar home and am trying to connect the wifi. After looking at the setup guide, I have an issue with the R510 not powering on for connection. Please advise.

Hi @KColeman

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

Could you please unplug the current Access Points, plug the other Access Point, perform the factory reset on it, and check?

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Hi @KColeman

Thank you for the response and the update.

Since you have 2 R510 APs. As mentioned in my previous post, could you please unplug the current Access Point, plug the other Access Point, perform the factory reset on it, and check?

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

It's doing the same thing with the other port.

I tried resetting the 2 R510 APs, and neither holds any connectivity after the reset.

Hi @KColeman

Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.

As per the light status after the reset, the Internet connectivity should work.

We suggest you check your ISP (Internet Service Provider) Internet connectivity and also you can try replacing the ethernet cable that connects from the ISP Router to the RUCKUS Switch in case it is damaged.

Also please share a CLEAR Picture showing the connectivity from your ISP Router and the RUCKUS Switch.

Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
