I recently moved into a Lennar home and am trying to connect the wifi. After looking at the setup guide, I have an issue with the R510 not powering on for connection. Please advise.

Thank you for the response and the update.
Could you please let me know which is the ethernet cable coming from the ISP (Internet Service Provider) Router/Modem-Router combo device?
If it is not connected, please connect it to any 1 in-12 ports as highlighted in the below screenshot.

The lower cable is the one coming from the ISP.

Thank you for the response and the information.
As you have 2 Access Points, factory reset the AP once again only by connecting ONE AP to the Switch and once you complete the factory reset, connect the other AP to any 1 in-12 ports on the Switch. After some time check the internet connectivity via the new Wi-Fi network via Access Points.

I did the reset, and it's still not working. I tried a different port, and it did turn green but the connectivity isn't working.
