Our home flooded from the upstairs level and water was running down my R510 Wi-Fi range extender on the middle level of the home. There are no lights turning on and the device appears to be short circuited. How do I confirm whether it’s operational and receiving power other than checking for lights on front face of the unit?

Hi @G7033
Greetings of the day,
Please confirm whether your switch is powering up or not. On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
Best regards,

Hi @G7033
For detailed understanding of the issue please do the physical factory reset of the access points.
Here is a short guide how to reset the access points correctly this process sometimes needs to be done multiple times
Physical Factory Reset an Access Points Ruckus
