Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P does not support 1GHZ

Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P does not support 1GHZ using Spectrum wired connection at most 300 MHZ and much less for wireless, Any suggestions?

As per the case description, I could understand that you want to know information about speed transmission through RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and Access Points.

RUCKUS Switch supports these speeds which are transmitted by ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Could you please let us know the answers to the below queries to assist you better?

1. Was this working before or is it a new installation? If it worked before, have you changed your ISP (Internet Service Provider) recently?

2. Is there any intermittent/slow Internet connectivity via RUCKUS device connections/network?

3. Is your Internet Connection from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) stable? (You could check this by connecting to your local router Wi-Fi or from an ethernet cable from Router to a laptop/PC).

Please let us know the answers to ALL the above queries or let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
