Hello,
I recently update the AP firmware to the latest available version and now the AP’s reset themselves every 30 minutes or so. Also, I’m no longer able to manage the network via the unleashed app as it keeps telling the IP address is not reachable. The network works fine up until the resets happen.

I'm having the same issue.....Is there a firmware update we have to do or something? I'd love it if someone from Ruckus support will actually respond to these messages. Seems like multiple people are having the same issue lately.

Please try to downgrade the AP firmware to its original version and the AP will reboot automatically. Once you are done with the above process please let us know if the issue got resolved or not.
