My unit has no lights and I am unable to reset it using a paperclip. I need to know what to do next as I can not get the cover off. I have two units with zero lights and the unleashed app does not recognize my credentials.

Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I see you have 2 RUCKUS access points that have no lights at the moment.
As part of the troubleshooting, have you tried swapping their Ethernet cables? You can try with a different spare cable or at least swap them between the 2 APs.
Also, if they are connected to a RUCKUS PoE switch, have you tried moving their connections to different ports of the switch and see if there's any reaction? Please let us know.
Once we confirm there's power activity on the APs, we can proceed with further troubleshooting steps.
