Sometimes when I power on my PS5, it doesn't get an IP address and fails to connect to the Playstation Network. The PS5 is connected via ethernet (ethernet jack in the wall, that is wired to the ICX switch, that is connected to internet provided modem that does the DHCP). Other devices on my network that connect via the wireless R510 AP's are connected fine with valid IP address, so I don't think the issue is with the modem and DHCP. Any ideas as to what is causing this?
I have the standard ICX7150 and R510 setup. I updated my firmware after a power outage a few years ago. My current version is SPS08095k.bin.
I've noticed there are some newer releases of the firmware. Would any of those address random connectivity issues network?

Hi, I took a picture of my setup, but the issue I'm having is random. I have no good way of taking a picture of the switch in the state, since most of the time it's working fine. Randomly, I wont get an IP address...maybe 1 out of every 10 times. Is there something specific you are looking for?
It also seems to happen at certain times of the day. Like most nights around 9pm, we'll see some sort of hiccup in the internet connectivity (This is across multiple devices in the home at the same time).

Hello @Cbaddy ,
Thank you for the response.
To assist you further, I would require few configurations from your Switch.
Please follow the below steps and help us with the queries,
1. To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:
2. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please enter the below commands once you log in to CLI and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
