We had a power outage a week ago and one of two R320 APs works and the other has a flashing green CTL light and solid green power light. When logging into the system, it shows the one AP is disconnected. I have tried 1) rebooting the system, 2) just plugging in the “disconnected” AP to the switch/router, 3) doing a reset on the AP, 4) using a different cable to plug into the switch/router and 5) plugging the “disconnected” AP into the switch/router port that the working AP uses with no luck. My assumption is that the AP has failed but I’m open to suggestions to hopefully correct the issue.

The white cable circled in red below is from the router. The blue cable circled in blue below is the master A.P. (working). The orange cable is currently plugged into the A.P. that does not work.
Working A.P.:
A.P. that doesn't work (flashing CTL light):

The working A.P. is the Master as shown below.
IP addresses for the switch and both A.P.s are fixed due to using address reservation and a MAC address filter. The A.P. that is not working is still plugged into the switch but I am not able to ping it.

Hello @Mjohnson1 ,
Thank you for the response.
Could you please share the IP address of the Switch as well as both the Access points?
Also, we do not suggest customers to use a fixed/static IP assignment, but use automatic/DHCP IP assignment.
Please share the requested information for us to assist you further.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

To clarify, the IP addresses are reserved for each unit by the DHCP based on MAC address, not static. Switch: 192.168.1.100; Working A.P.: 192.168.1.101; Inop. A.P.: 192.168.1.102. Note that we have not had any issues with this configuration for about 4-5 years until now.
