We had a power outage a week ago and one of two R320 APs works and the other has a flashing green CTL light and solid green power light. When logging into the system, it shows the one AP is disconnected. I have tried 1) rebooting the system, 2) just plugging in the “disconnected” AP to the switch/router, 3) doing a reset on the AP, 4) using a different cable to plug into the switch/router and 5) plugging the “disconnected” AP into the switch/router port that the working AP uses with no luck. My assumption is that the AP has failed but I’m open to suggestions to hopefully correct the issue.

Hello @Mjohnson1 ,
Thank you for your response.
From the response shared, I understand that one of the Access points are in the disconnected state and is having flashing CTL light.
I would request you to please disconnect the ethernet cable from the affected AP and the Switch.
Once after disconnecting the cable from the Switch, please remove the disconnected AP from the Unleashed website as shown in the below figure:

Please wait for a while and connect the AP cable back to the Switch.
Please check if the AP is getting connected in the Unleashed website.
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I tried the above, waited about 20 minutes, reconnected and have the same results with the flashing CTL light. The A.P. does not show up on the web interface.
