We had a power outage a week ago and one of two R320 APs works and the other has a flashing green CTL light and solid green power light. When logging into the system, it shows the one AP is disconnected. I have tried 1) rebooting the system, 2) just plugging in the “disconnected” AP to the switch/router, 3) doing a reset on the AP, 4) using a different cable to plug into the switch/router and 5) plugging the “disconnected” AP into the switch/router port that the working AP uses with no luck. My assumption is that the AP has failed but I’m open to suggestions to hopefully correct the issue.

Hello @Mjohnson ,
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that the Ruckus AP has flashing CTL light.
To proceed further, we would need to check few configurations of the switch.
To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:
Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Once you login to CLI, please enter the below commands and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

I tried connecting to the switch with Putty via wireless, Ethernet, USB and USB-serial converter and have not been able to login. I was, however, able to connect with the USB-serial converter, power down the switch, reboot the switch and watch the boot sequence on Putty. I was still not able to login since it won't let me enter a password even though it prompts for one. It looks like the version is 08.0.90dT213. Is there any other info from the boot sequence that would be helpful?

I am unable to type in a password. I have tried multiple Login Names and it still won't allow me to type a password.
