Quantity (2) Ruckus R510 Access Point devices have no power. Connected to ICX 7150-C12P

Just establish an account. Email address ftallent@aol.com. Sorry for the duplicate issue. Bought a new construction townhome with Lennar in May 2018 with the Ruckus wireless system pre-installed in my house. Recently, had inclement weather and both the upstairs and downstairs R510 access point units no longer have power. The ICX 7150-C12P seems okay but the ports that both R510s are plugged into do not respond.

I made another attempt to RESET the 7150 following the described procedure exactly. Again it failed. I was able to establish communications wuth the 7150 sing PUTTY and this snatshot is after the power was re-established and the Reset was attempted. I saw TCSD up and running, partitions established, and loading of the SPS08061A image. It doesn't seem to allow a software recovery without this procedure completed. I have spent several hours trying to follow procedure but I keep hitting stone walls.

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console / Ethernet  from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to USB ) to PC. ( Physical setup ) like the following example :

Hi @FET4771 

 

Based on the images you have shared it seems that you have connected only to the console port of the switch. Please connect the ethernet cable to the management port of the switch using the below guide.

Once you are done with the connections please try performing the software recovery process.

I believe Screenshot 2023-05-01 192208.pngI am still having problems because I can not get to the boot> As you can see from my attached picture I am coming up at ICX7150-C12 Switch> I start to type trying to set the IP address etc and the session times out. I think it's because I can not do a RESET. The unit just will not reset I have followed the instructions over a dozen time but it will not reset to a BOOT>
