I have a Lennar installed Ruckus unleashed r510 access point serial number 401802009552 in a new home built in 2019. Beginning yesterday the ruckus app is giving the message: Internet connection is down, even though we are able to connect to the internet and view web content through the home network created by the ruckus access point. This is causing our thermostat and a couple of other devices to not be controllable wirelessly. We need assistance with this as soon as possible. Thanks for any assistance/insight/suggestions anyone can give.

Please confirm if the issue is happening while it is connected to access points or when it is connected to ISP router.

Note: if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.
