Power is not going to AP(s) from switch

I have (2) APs in the house that are not receiving power. I have tried to factory reset the switch but seems to be getting stuck trying to reset and lights will continue to blink 10+ min.

Please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

no lights on the AP's

on the switch the power light is green (16) and the SYST is yellow/amber (7) when i push the port status mode selection button(1) no lights will recact in the status box.

Greetings of the day,

 

Based on your description your switch has one green and one yellow light, it means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

 

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX- 7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1.  Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Thanks Jayavidhya,

I tried the factory reset last night after reading previous posts and once i relased the reset button the light jsut continued to flash well past a typical reboot time (10+ min)
