- Remove power from the switch and confirmed that the switch is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source.
- Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
- After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

Thanks for your response.
Please try to check by replacing the another power cord with the switch and let us know the result.
Also please share a picture and a video while the ICX7150 is connected directly to the power outlet, and showing there are no lights.
