Power Outage ICX 7150 not working . How do I find out the IP address for the device?

power went out last week and I played around with the devices and luckily got it to work but now I am having no luck. reading these forums are not the easiest also. I've tried connecting to my computer via usb-c cable but no luck also. I think the main issue is I don't know what the IP address is for the unit.

If the IP address is the issue, you need to fix the issue via console access, then can fix the issue with commands, let me add the guide to gain console access to the Switch via console and the other guide to fix your issue via CLI(command line interface)

Once you gain access, run the next set of commands:

Commands:

enable   

show flash

copy flash flash secondary  

write memory

show flash

Boot system flash primary yes 

reload

Example:

ICX7150-C12 Router>enable   

ICX7150-C12 Router>show flash  (you can confirm in which partition you have the correct code that will start with SPS example: SPS08080f.bin normally will be your primary partition)

ICX7150-C12 Router#copy flash flash secondary  (this will copy what is in your primary code to the secondary)

ICX7150-C12 Router# write memory

ICX7150-C12 Router#show flash  (now both partitions must start with the SPS before the code type)

ICX7150-C12 Router#Boot system flash primary yes 

ICX7150-C12 Router#reload
