I have received 2 new points of access units. I’ve plugged them in and I’m still not getting any power indicator lights on the units. Internet, phone, cable all working. Any suggestions?

We have a Ring doorbell, it works fine. Our router is fine, we have internet, cable tv, and phone service. The lights on the Ruckus box are orange and green

Hi @Mike1347
Ok, so just to be clear, the doorbell that requires power, and it's connected to the main Ruckus box are orange and green works fine?
Note: please confirm the status of the System light ? It's #3 in the next image.

Hi @Mike1347
Thank you for the details provided, according to your description, it seems that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be stuck in boot mode, so in order to fix it, you need to get access via console, using two connections one is for console access using the USB to type C cable (the USB will be connected on your computer and the type C on your ICX7150 Switch) now the second connection will be an Ethernet cable from your computer to the out-of-band port on your ICX 7150 Switch), don't worry the next guide explains the port locations and there are pictures about it.
Note: Please read the guides carefully before start the troubleshooting.

Ok, the problem I have is that I don’t have a home computer. Everything we do is done on our tablets.
