Hi,
I'm trying to set up the network in my home. I've looked at previous posts in the forum and have not found a solution to my problem. I have AT&T gigabit fiber, and I'm pretty sure that I have connected all my devices correctly.
My cables are connected this way:
Fiber ONT --> AT&T provided modem/router --> Ruckus ICX7150 switch ports (1 of the 12).
Ruckus R510 AP --> Ruckus ICX7150 (1 of the 12) via PoE.
I can set up the AP and connect to it afterwards; however, I can't use the internet or view its dashboard. Given the blinking PWR LED, I believe this is due to it not having an IP address assigned to it.
I tried connecting my laptop via Ethernet to the Ruckus ICX7150 with the modem/router connected, and I can connect to the internet, so I believe it's not an issue with the modem/router that AT&T gave me.
I'm at a loss for what else I can do, any input would be much appreciated.

Hello @szow79 ,
Thank you for the response.
From the pictures you shared, I see that the Access points are not connected to the Switch.
To proceed further, we would need to check few configurations of the switch.
To check this, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.
How to find the IP Address of the RUCKUS Devices (Switch and APs) using IP Scanner free applications:
Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Once you login to CLI, please enter the below commands and share the output.
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief
Please share the output of the above commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Hi,
The switch is working. The APs are not. I'm not there today to work on this issue.
Is there a support number or can I get a technician to help me on-site?
