Our main Rukus box that supplies connection to Ethernet cables in the home does not send out signal

I have reset all components numerous times. Our main Rukus box that supplies connection to Ethernet cables in the home does not send out a signal. The wireless still works.

I have 2 of these.  One is upstairs and one is downstairs.  No light on, however there is WIFI signal.

To proceed with resolving the issue with your ICX-7150-C12P Switch, we kindly request that you follow the steps outlined below:

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

I did as the video showed, except I didn't unplug everything.  I am not sure what else to show.
