Ruckus ICX 7150 not powering on after troubleshooting

I am a Lennar SmartHome homeowner and our Ruckus ICX-7150 switch stopped working. It doesn't turn on and has no status lights on.

I have gone through the forum trouble shooting steps.  I have reset power on the device 10-15 times.

I have tested and confirmed that the power outlet it is plugged in is working.

I have also tried replacing with a different power cable that is known to be working but nothing.

The router is also confirmed working as I have Wi-Fi working as expected. But all the devices (Ruckus Access Points, Ring Doorbell, Cameras, Door lock, etc.) that are connected to the Ruckus switch are all offline.

Please help.

Thank you for the information you shared.

From the case description, I understand that your Ruckus Switch ICX-7150 is not turning on even after a reset and connecting to a power outlet .

Kindly shoot a video similar to the EXAMPLE Video provided in the link.

In the video, please ensure to capture the following:

1. Show the plug of the ICX-7150-C12P Switch being connected to a working outlet.

2. Simultaneously, display the light status on the switch.

Please refer to the below pictures as an example.

I have uploaded 3 photos and 1 video to the link just a few moments ago.

They clearly indicate the complication involving the switch.

For some reason when I clicked reply the website made me create another username so now it says keneof1. I'm the same keneof user.  

Please let me know any next steps to resolve thanks.
