Seems to be a new issue that just popped up this weekend with a lot of people. Has anyone figured out a fix to this? Can not connect to manage ruckus APs since late 6/9/2023. Wifi network still works unfortunately for the kids I had a few of their devices blocked on the network for the night which I can’t connect to do unblock.

Hello, I was able to fix the app issue with others have said by changing the login destination at the very bottom to the IP address that was previously instructed on how to find.

I have the same issue. I came here looking for answers. I am hoping that my system was not soft-bricked. The simple fact that there is no information is not a good sign.

I agree pixelmaestro - something is not making sense since this seems to be a global issue. I don't know if this is only effecting Lennar owners or if it is more widespread.

My setup is not a Lennar install, so I think it is unleashed. Try and locate the IP address of the master access point and access the management interface that way. I think the problem will present itself more and more as end users try and access the management.
