Recently brought a lennar smart home. Previous owner did not use the rukus system.
I have got at&t fiber. At&t fiber modem is in the master bedroom. The smart home box is in the laundry room.
I connected the Ethernet cable from at&t in master bedroom, then the master bedroom Ethernet cable to rukus device (ICX 7150-012p) in the smart home box.
The rukus device doesn't seem to be getting the internet. I connected a spare router to the Ethernet cable in smart home box to verify. The router works just fine.

Thank you for the details provided.
Please try performing a hard factory reset first by following the below steps.
1:Factory reset:
When all the system LEDs blink green, all the configuration data are erased and the switch is returned to its factory configuration. When all the system LEDs are solid green, the erase process is complete and the system reloads. Once reloaded and the SYST LED is steady green, the factory reset is complete.

i have attached the pictures of current setup above. Blue cable is connected to at&t modem from the master bedroom. White Ethernet cable is connected to the router. The light indicator for Internet is not on.
Whereas, see below picture. I have connected the blue Ethernet cable from master bedroom directly to router below. The internet light is on.
