No network to ruckus switch and no power to access points

I had AT&T Fiber installed this morning, they had to install the gateway on the 1st floor but they said I could now connect a line directly into my Ruckus switch for network but the switch isn't detecting anything. In addition, my access points mounted on the ceiling don't have any power (no lights flashing)

Is your gateway functioning fine by itself?

Please show your connections on the gateway and the switch. Also, show the lights around the status section on the switch.

The gateway is working by itself, I have a WiFi network I can join.

I’ve attached a picture of the switch and the lights. The gateway is on a separate floor, the yellow Ethernet cable comes from a demarcation line. The system light is yellow

I already tried unplugging it and resetting, the lights flash but go back to settings in the picture aboce

I want to confirm you are doing a full reset.

Unplug switch, hold power button, plug in switch, keep holding power button for 15 seconds until all lights flash multiple times. If the lights only flash once, it is just restarting, not doing a factory reset.
