I'm hearing in my development that Lennar devices are no longer supported? Is this true? The phone number we were given doesn't even ring anymore.

Ruckus devices for Lennar home users are still under hardware warranty but Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.
