No Power on R510 WAP

The power went out due to a storm at my home.  Once the power came on the WAP had no lights on it.  The brain for the WAP has power and a green and a yellow light on it.   Can someone tell me what the issue maybe and how to fix it?  thank you

Authentication is enabled in the device for Console/WEB/SSH.

that is the error i was given by technical help I had look at the issue for me

Sorry for the delay Fernando as I had to have some help to gather the exact authentic information you requested.  I have attached screen shots of the issue with the switch.  Please advise
