New home purchase; unable to figure out setup after factory reset

Hello support team, I have recently purchased a home that has the Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P and 3 AP,s (one on each floor). I performed a factory reset on the main switch, but all the lights continuously blink amber. There was a precious owner that had this set up, as I see his WiFi name instead of the configure me WiFi. Is there a way to start from scratch without needing to have the previous owners password? I just got my own internet hooked up and would like to have my router running to the Ruckis but can’t get it to work.

Good evening,
I was able to reset my main AP. I then plugged in the other 2 APs; one shows both 2.4 & 5G amber and the other has 5G green and 2.4G amber. Does that mean they are both connected as well? Will my devices automatically connect to the closest AP for WiFi?

Lastly, I was able to test my WiFi speed for my main AP, however when I clicked manage network or tried logging in on manage network using my admin credentials, it states I am not connected to Unleashed network, but I am. Can you tell me what I may be doing wrong and how I can manage my network?

As per the case description, I could understand that you are unable to manage the network.

Could you please login to your Unleashed system on a web browser using Master AP IP Address or ‘unleashed.ruckuswireless.com’? Please check the current version of your Unleashed Access Points and share a screenshot of the same.

Please refer to the below screenshots for more information on how to know your Unleashed Access Points version details.

I was able to log in and update the firmware to the most current version. Now I am able to log in on the app and manage my network. Thank you for all of your help!
