We recently had internet issues and had to get a new modem from AT&T and it made us create a new wireless account. My Ruckus was already working on the old wireless account, but I'm assuming I need to add a new wireless account so I can use it with the new wireless account. When we first moved int I had a friend help me with this, but they are no longer available to help. I had downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed App to my phone at that time, but now I can't figure out how to log-in or don't know my username or password. When I try to login it is saying "you are not connected to Unleashed network. Go to settings?"
Looking for support on how to get my new wireless network added or how I can get things to work on the app to do it myself.

1. Please note, that you can use the old Wi-Fi network via RUCKUS Access Points even after replacing the modem/Router.

2. It appears that you are experiencing difficulty logging into the RUCKUS Unleashed application.
This issue commonly arises when your RUCKUS Access Points are running an outdated version that prevents access to the Unleashed application.
i. Log in to the Unleashed system on a laptop web browser and upgrade your RUCKUS Unleashed system to the recommended version as described in the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article.
ii. After upgrading all Access Points, uninstall the current Unleashed application and install the updated version.
iii. Attempt to log in again and verify functionality.
