I’m so tired of spending hours after hours to get the switch works after each power outage. It’s completely down this time. I’ve reviewed the knowledge articles and there’s no way I can complete the task nor I don’t have a Ethernet-abled laptop. Respectfully request a replacement switch with the stabled image version that I don’t need to worry about the power outage ever.

Thanks for your response,
Based on the troubleshooting done, tried unplugging and plugging the switch several times seems that the management port is not responding this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

Thanks for your response,
Please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while following the process. Also kindly share that picture showing the COM connection in the computer device manger tap, and the connection between the computer and the Switch using the USB type C cable as mentioned below.

Please try to install the MobaXterm app which is similar to putty and perform the same software recovery process there. Here I share the link to install the MobaXterm app.
Mobaxterm: https://mobaxterm.mobatek.net/download-home-edition.html
Here select the serial connection and enter the COM port number in the serial port tab.

It’s the same. It’s been blank since connected, same as putty.

I did searched in the forum and I have seen other people have the same issue which is shmoo validation failed in both partition 1 and 2, which cause no boot prompt in putty/mobaxterm. And this should be a RMA. Please see below pictures and link.
