We have ruckus AP on every level in our townhome and the power light is blinking. None of the other lights including 5G and 2.4G are on. Can someone please help with this issue

Please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections.

Also please let us know how many access points are connected to the switch.

Based on the images you have shared it seems that the ethernet cable coming from the router/modem is connected to the wrong ports of the switch. It has to be plugged into one of the 12 ports of the switch as mentioned below.

Please connect the ethernet cable to one of the 12 ports of the switch and check the LED status of the access points.
Once you are done with the above process please let us know the LED status of the access points.
