My father-in-law has a Ruckus ICX7150-C12P that was part of his new Lennar build in 2019. He has 3 R510 WAPS and a Ring Elite Doorbell – all operating by POE from the Ruckus. For over a year, there has been no POE functionality. The WAPS and the doorbell are unable to function due to their inability to receive POE from the Ruckus. We believe the POE stopped working after a power outage at the home.
This past week, I started to do some troubleshooting, in an effort to resolve his problem with the Ruckus, and I came across this community. I’ll telnetted into the Ruckus and printed out screens that appear relevant, based upon reading through the community. I thought I had the Lennar boot to Router vs Switch, but that theory was dismissed after learning the system was booted in the “switch” partition all along (see screenshots below). I tried to power the system down; used the reset button; unplugged and replugged cables; etc. The System and Power lights are green;
I cannot figure out why the system no longer is providing POE. I did run power over the ethernet cable to each device and confirmed the devices were each receiving power, just not from the Ruckus. I am now lost. I am starting to think the unit is just broken. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi @MJMilner
Greetings!!!
Thank you for your recent correspondence and for sharing the information regarding your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch.
Based on the command output provided, it appears that your switch is currently operating on an outdated non-UFI version, which may be contributing to the issues you are experiencing.
We recommend upgrading your switch to the latest recommended version to resolve these issues. For detailed instructions on how to perform the upgrade, please consult the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article accessible via the following link:
Should you require any assistance or encounter any challenges during the upgrade process, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Your patience and cooperation throughout this process are greatly appreciated.
