My two R510 APS have died.

Hello,

I am the original owner of a Lennar home with two ceiling mounted R510 access points (one upstairs, one downstairs). As of yesterday they are both completely dead. No lights whatsoever.

I bought the house 2018, so they are roughly six years old. No issues thus far until now.

Please advise how best to proceed. Thank you!

Hi @zacvacek

Greetings!!!

Thank you for the response and the update.

As your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch is on an older non-UFI 08061a version (please refer to the screenshot below), it is causing these issues. We suggest you upgrade your Switch to a stable recommended version.

Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article for the upgrade process.

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/How-to-upgrade-RUCKUS-ICX-71...

We suggest using a Windows laptop/PC for the upgrade process.

Please follow the upgrade process and let me know if you are stuck at any point during the process.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Hi. I am having the same issue. However, I don't see Rukus as a device connected to my network.
