Hello,
I am the original owner of a Lennar home with two ceiling mounted R510 access points (one upstairs, one downstairs). As of yesterday they are both completely dead. No lights whatsoever.
I bought the house 2018, so they are roughly six years old. No issues thus far until now.
Please advise how best to proceed. Thank you!

thanks for your reply. Can you confirm that this is what you mean? Have plugged the two Ethernet cables into to other ports.
As of now there is no power to the access points.

Hi @zacvacek
Thank you for the response and the update.
Your Switch ports might have gone into a off/disabled state. That is the reason why Switch PoE ports are unable to transmit power to the Access Points.
You may have to enable the Switch ports back.
Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article to troubleshoot this issue.

Thank you. I have telnet’ed I to the switch and run the commands as per the instructions. The following is the output. First image is prior to running commands and the second image is after.
However access points are still not receiving power.
