My rukus wireless is not working

My rukus wireless is not working for past couple of weeks and would need urgent help

Can you tell us what is happening and details as if this happened after power outage ?

I am not sure about that. The wireless is spotty and disconnecting very frequently. also, the wifi is not working or very very slow. My internet provider did a speed test and confirmed everything is fine from their end. I am also able to connect to ATT directly and don't see any issues. Looks like rukus device is not working now

I believe this happened after a power outage , can you login in your local Router  copy and paste these ips in the URL or

That would be redirect you on your local Router ATT and check the device list on the Router.

There should be a device that is called Switch-Router ICX-7150 or something like that.

Could you please confirm this in order to confirm that the switch was not misconfigured

Seems the issue may be that the Ruckus ICX7150 switch may be running in routing code, this will cause low Connectivity in your Unleashed network, this is why your ISP direct connection will not be affected, so please follow up the next guides also available in this community.
