My rukus wireless is not working for past couple of weeks and would need urgent help

Did you install the software before connecting the cables and make sure is the correct cable ( most of the times the cables that are used to charge devices do not work ).
It shows disconnected for the Routing code issue that we need to fix first also that warning message does not mean that the switch hardware issues or something related.

Yes, I installed all the softwares mentioned in the page and connected with right cables. The solution seems to be not working for me. I am not getting the resolution even after lot of back and forth. Can you please fix this issue ASAP?

If you see from the Unleashed APP or Dashboard page that the Switch is disconnected, you may be having a routing code issue, this means the Switch is booting from the wrong partition and the only way to access due to connectivity issues will be through console access, so it will require the Putty APP, a USB/Type C cable and the computer to access through the console, by default the COM# will show up on your computer ones you connect the USB/Type C cable let me add the Guides will help.

This issue reappears again now. I tried to connect the console directly now..it is not accepting any of the user credentials you have provided earlier. Also, it says cannot boot from primary as it cannot found and it is booting from secondary. Also, I am getting the user prompt as boot> or os> only. not able to go to switch> or router>. Since it is frequently going to secondary can you please replace this device as I think it is having issues,

Ok, that issue is totally different, according to your description, it seems that your Switch (ICX7150 Switch) may be stuck in boot mode, so in order to fix it, you need to get access via console, using two connections one is for console access using the USB to type C cable (the USB will be connected on your computer and the type C on your ICX7150 Switch) now the second connection will be an Ethernet cable from your computer to the out-of-band port on your ICX 7150 Switch) don't worry the next guide explains the port locations and there are pictures about it.
Note: after fixing the issue of the Switch been stuck in boot mode, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin in both partitions primary and secondary.
1:Perform a factory reset, sometimes the Switch is moved from boot mode just with a factory reset.
