Hi @Sgatjens, I have tried to fix the routing code issues multiple times for weeks via Web GUI and it’s not working. I don’t have access to a PC that runs on windows. I only have an iPad and a MacBook with no USB port. What other options are there for a Mac? I haven’t had reliable internet for 6+ months. Is there any type of phone support available?

Try the steps but with SSH or Telnet Access using your MacBook, but before you start I will advise rebooting the Switch, then run the IP scanner to ensure the IP address of the Switch is still the same, finally try you gain access via SSH or telnet.
1:Reboot the Switch.
2:Find the IP address of the Switch:

3:Try to gain access via SSH or telnet.
How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-12P' or 'access points' "Network devices"
4:Once you gained access to the Switch, follow up the routing code guide for CLI access.
