Hi,
We have 2x R510 APs (one upstairs/one downstairs) and my wife's colleagues kept telling her she was dropping out momentarily every minute or so on TEAMS video calls. We've replicated this on Google Meet and Zoom also. Finally, we ran an ethernet cable directly from the Ruckus switch and that solved the issue. We also notice that our Wi-Fi TV (used with Dish Network) has momentary dropouts during all programming. This happens about every 1-2 minutes. Is there a diagnosis for this (i.e. firmware update etc.). The units were installed in Aug 2018 in a new Lennar home.

Ok, just to be clear when you're typing the credential for the Switch are you trying from the Unleashed APP to attempting to add the switch, or because you have the IP address of the Switch and you are trying to access via web?

I found the IP address for both APs and the Switch. I can access both the APs, but not the switch. I am trying to access via the web by typing in 192.168.1.102 in my browser. It takes me to a Ruckus ICX 7150 - C12P page and says to click "Login". When I do a sign-in box pops up to enter the username and password. I've tried every combo that you suggested and none of them work. I tried to upload screen shots, but it says I don't have permission to upload images here.

Try the same credentials as your Unleashed APP, if still no working console access is required and perform a step named password recovery to skip the password and create a new one.

I plugged the USB to USB-C cable into the switch, and Windows is telling me it can't update the CP2104 USB to UART Bridge Controller... do you have the correct driver for this?
