Lennar home Ruckus disconnect

My Ruckus will not stay connected , I re boot and it disconnects in minutes

my internet provider confirmed and stable connection to the home. What else can I do to get this resolved?

Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email. 
We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.

 

After fixing the issue of the Switch been stuck in boot mode, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin for both partitions primary and secondary.

the connection is lost again, I have no internet, again, I have taken all the recommendations you have provided, I have climbed a ladder to where the unit is placed on our 9’ ceiling to inspect and take the reset steps, I have climbed into my attic to check the electrical connection, (no issue there). I’m done!! I believe it’s time to write this off under the lifetime warranty and send me a new unit, perhaps we should discuss an upgraded ( higher capacity unit) something I’d be willing to pay the difference for the better unit, but if I have to take any of the actions I’ve taken already, it’s to install a replacement.

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to  USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.

Please confirm the LED status of your switch and Access points.

 

Also let me add more detail to understand the LED lights of your Access points.

Your link (how to console) is a bad URL. I have logged into Ruckus and cannot find a screen that looks like your screenshot. 
I am not a technician, I’m a homeowner, I have a failed unit, and I’ve done the best I can to follow the steps you keep sending. The unit will not respond, please replace ASAP
