Lennar ICX 7150-12P Very slow - current forum instructions not working

Help!  My Lennar-installed Ruckus system is very slow compared (150-200 mbps) to the internet to the AT&T gateway (~1000 mbps).  I am trying to follow the instructions in the following posts:

In my terminal I cannot get the functions to work that the instructions call for.  Every time I try to use "show version" or "show flash" or “boot system flash primary yes” or "copy flash flash primary" or "copy flash flash secondary" the terminal says "The command is either unrecognized or incomplete. To view a list of commands that you can run  from this context, type '?' or 'help'."  

I am using a Mac for troubleshooting - PC not an option.

Please help asap!

Hi @ahalper0227 

Please enter the "show int brief" command on the same CLI where you entered the show inline power command.

Here I attach the result of show int brief command for your reference.

Also if you weren't able to get the result of the command please share the screenshot of the error you are getting on the screen.
