Help! My Lennar-installed Ruckus system is very slow compared (150-200 mbps) to the internet to the AT&T gateway (~1000 mbps). I am trying to follow the instructions in the following posts:
In my terminal I cannot get the functions to work that the instructions call for. Every time I try to use "show version" or "show flash" or “boot system flash primary yes” or "copy flash flash primary" or "copy flash flash secondary" the terminal says "The command is either unrecognized or incomplete. To view a list of commands that you can run from this context, type '?' or 'help'."
I am using a Mac for troubleshooting - PC not an option.
Please help asap!

Hi @ahalper0227
Greetings of the day,
Please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while opening the terminal. Also here I attach the steps on how to console access to switch in MAC.
Please follow the below steps for MAC console access to switch also steps to perform software recovery.
Mac iOS system solution
1-Install the drivers on your machine to read the cable type C to console the switch ( ICX-7150-C12P )
Software:
Link:https://support.ruckuswireless.com/software/1413-brocade-ruckus-7150-usb-serial-driver-mac
2-After successfully installing the Mac Drivers, open the Mac terminal, when you see the command prompt do the following:
Enter this command:
ls /dev/cu.*
This command will display something like this:
One of those logs will say something similar to /dev/cu.SiLabs_Serial (which is related to the drivers you installed)
3-Then enter the following command using the name of the installed driver that was displayed:
screen /dev/cu.SiLabs_Serial 9600
4-Hit Enter and you will have access to the ICX7150’s CLI. (Comand Line)

This did not work. I have the drivers installed, entered ls /dev/cu.* and see nothing related to SiLabs. Need more support ASAP.

There is no error. I cannot see it at all. There is no change plugged in or not. I also cannot see the IP address at all of the switch - only the access points.
