Help! My Lennar-installed Ruckus system is very slow compared (150-200 mbps) to the internet to the AT&T gateway (~1000 mbps). I am trying to follow the instructions in the following posts:
In my terminal I cannot get the functions to work that the instructions call for. Every time I try to use "show version" or "show flash" or “boot system flash primary yes” or "copy flash flash primary" or "copy flash flash secondary" the terminal says "The command is either unrecognized or incomplete. To view a list of commands that you can run from this context, type '?' or 'help'."
I am using a Mac for troubleshooting - PC not an option.
Please help asap!

Hi @ahalper0227
Please check the console connections of the switch to access the devices. To access the switch please use USB Type-C console connector to USB port on the device on your laptop.
Please follow the below link which explains the detailed view on connection and types of cables to be used:
Please refer to the below link for console connection via USB-C cable :

Also please confirm whether you have installed the drivers as mentioned below.
Mac iOS system solution
1-Install the drivers on your machine to read the cable type C to console the switch ( ICX-7150-C12P )

I was at one point able to get it it using the web GUI, but followed those instructions and now it is gone. Can no longer see the IP address even. Need support!!!

I am not getting an error - it simply does not show up. I can tell it is not showing up because it shows the same items plugged in or not.
The IP address cannot be found. When using LAN SCAN, I can only see the IP addresses of the 2 access points - not the switch.

I have confirmed all connections. I cannot ping the switch. I need better support than this forum please let me know a phone number I can call to get actual support, as none of this is working!

Hi @ahalper0227
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Effective November’2022, ‘Ruckus Support for Lennar Homes customers will no longer be handled by phone or email.
We will be exclusively supporting customers via this community forum support model.
Based on your description it seems like you could not find the IP address of the switch.
To solve this issue please check whether the cables are connected properly between your ISP Router and ICX-7150-C12P switch using the below link.
Most common Setups for Lennar homes users
Also if the IP address of switch does not appear on the IP Scanner please try to restart the ISP router.
How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” of the device:
Another solution is to log in in your local Router and check the 'device list'
