Lennar Home with Ruckus, switching ISP from Spectrum to Frontier.

What is required to change my ISP from Spectrum to Frontier and use the existing Ruckus system? Can I not just plug one of the ethernet ports on the Frontier Eero 6 into the Ethernet port of the switch and have the Ruckus ceiling mounted AP strengthen my Frontier WiFi signal.

TIA from an ignorant customer.

So much easier than what was listed here, I plugged the switch into the new Eero router and it now works. The Ruckus access point keeps the same WiFi name it had, just uses the new router.

No label unless it is on the back, and it is installed very tightly in the cabinet. So no access to. login and password.

So just connecting is not enough, settings must be changed?

Using the app the configure me never shows up.

Hi @jlash561 ,

Greetings!!!

Thank you for sharing the response.

As per the response, I understand that you are unable to find Configure.Me XXXX option during factory reset.

Note: If you have multiple Access Points (APs) in your home, please go to the Ruckus Switch, disconnect from its ports the Ethernet cables of all the Access Points, except the one that you are going to work with. Once the process is finished, connect back to the Ruckus Switch the access points that you disconnected before, and they will connect into the network automatically after a few minutes.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to factory reset the AP and create new Wi-Fi network.
