Ruckus light yellow. No internet and routers not working

Yellow and green lights blinking on Ruckus switchboard. Routers don't have lights. We have Mac computers.

Have already tried unplugging and using paperclip multiple times. Past that! LOL

From the case description, I understand that the Switch is stuck in the boot mode.
