The family and I just bought a Lennar built home. The previous tenant did not share any info regarding the equipment since interaction was limited to realtors only.
Can somone help me reset the Switch ( ROCKUS ICX 7150-C12P ) with the new Provider ( Xfinity ) connection so I can benefit from having the R510 extend signal throughout our home ?
I have tried factory resetting device manually via the hole in front and connecting laptop thtough USB-C and nothing.
Any step by step assistance will be greatly appreciated.
