Following the Community advice I downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app to my phone, factory reset the master R510 access point, connected to the Configure.Me-xxxxx WiFi network, the app acknowledged I was connected to the network, then I hit start and received a message saying "AP version not supported. Please upgrade your AP." (see image attached).
Can someone help me with next steps? I was never connected to the network before resetting because it required the previous owner's login credentials. Appreciate any advice you can give.

Sorry for the slow reply, I was out of town for several days I’m still having the issue but did some research and have a question: If my modem, which is right next to the ICX switch, is broadcasting Wifi (it is) will it interfere with the ICX switch signal?

Hello @wehttam77 ,
Thank you for the response.
No, your modem broadcasting Wi-Fi will not interfere with the ICX switch, because the ICX switch does not broadcast any wireless signal.
Please let us know if there are any queries in this regard.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hmmm, I looked at my modem's event log and it has several instances of an event described similar to this:
"WiFi Interface (w|0) set to Channel 1. Reason: Interference"
The other events are the same except that they are setting to different channels. The timestamps appear to align with when we lose internet connectivity. I turned WiFi off on my modem so hopefully that will fix the issue but I'd appreciate your opinion on this as well.

Hello @wehttam77 ,
Thank you for the response.
From the response you shared, I understand that the the Wifi channel set to 1 due to interference indicate that the modem’s Wi-Fi is constantly switching channels trying to avoid interference from other nearby wireless devices or networks.
This channel hopping can cause brief interruptions that may lead to the internet connection dropping or becoming unstable.
Turning off the Wi-Fi on modem was a good call because it eliminates one source of interference and prevents conflicts between the modem’s Wi-Fi and Ruckus access points.
This should help stabilize wireless network and reduce those disconnections.
Fixing the channels to the less crowded ones like 1, 6, or 11 on the 2.4 GHz band, and preferably using the 5 GHz band where possible, should further reduce interference.
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
