My icx 7150 has developed odd behavior of a lag spike and even hooked up directly only allows @ 350 mbs thru put up or down. This occurs even when directly computer is directly plugged into switch. The modem and router verified thru put is 1gig byte per second. I complied all the flash flash verifying the proper file load and several other recommended actions, but still the same effect. The switch use to provide much higher thru put. I have read that this has been diagnosed as a switch component failure? What do I need to do do correct this issue?

Speed from isp was confirmed as just at 1gbs with stability. Also note the switch is disconnecting and reconnecting more and more each day. I confirmed this with a network scan and watched it drop off and come back on. At the same time looked at the direct connect to isp and confirmed the router and modem were both transmitting.

Hi GBurton
Thank you for the information you shared.
As you mentioned that the Speed is already confirmed by the ISP. Could you please connect the Ethernet cable to Switch and your Laptop or a PC and Router to Laptop or a PC and confirm the speed difference? (Please refer to the below pictures). Please perform and speed test and check the behavior and please share the screenshots of the speed tests.
Also, this could be an issue with the Router code,
maybe your switch starts running the wrong code which we call ‘routing code’ this is a known issue for Lennar home users.
To fix the Router Code issue, please follow the below step from the CLI,
As you are able to access the Command line, please follow the below steps:
ICX7150-C12 Router>
1. Here is a quick guide for understanding how to fix the 'routing code issue' however, you only need to run the following commands once you are on the command line 'CLI'
Note: Hit Enter to accept each command
enable
copy flash flash secondary
boot system flash secondary yes
Example:
VIDEO LINK AS REFERENCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eem1IBgYaWc
ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command)
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished)
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)
There are Two ways to fix this issue:
I) How to Fix Routing code issues on Lennar Home users via CLI
II) Or WEB access option
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

You know I have already done all of that, as i stated in the original post. The speed at the isp connection is 1 gps; checked at any port on the switch it drops down to @ 300mps even when both WAPs are disconnected. Even on the ports the WAPs are connected to. No Change in speedtest from direct connections on any switch port or thru WAPs…..
ISp is 1 gps and stable. After switch @350 mps and show disconnected switch at times.
If you review the switch setup feed you will see I have already flashed the secondary and primary boot

By the way; can you explain why this is a known issue for Lennar Homes and not strictly associated with this switch model? Maybe instead of a known issue with Lennar Homes it should be stated more correctly as an issue with Ruckus ICX 7150-12P switches?
