Hi,
I have a ruckus network set up in my lennar smart home. And two days ago, the internet was down for all my devices. After due analysis, i found that ICX7150-C12P switch is not turning on, I tried multiple power outlets and also performed the factory reset procedure listed in the support forum. However, the ICX7150 does not turn on and does not show any status lights. Can you please help?

For further troubleshooting steps please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status and the cable connections,

Please plug your ICX-7150-C12P switch into a power outlet and send us a picture and video of the switch showing the light status and the power cord as mentioned below.
