ICX7150-c12p/R510x2 Unleashed Issue

Hello Community,

I recently bought a Lennar home with a Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P switch w/ 2 APs installed at various locations in the house. I've read through several of the previous posts on how to troubleshoot the APs and Switch w/ no luck. We reset everything, downloaded the Unleashed App, went through the Typical Install Steps but the AP doesn't connect with the WiFi and then the App erases all the Manager Info. I see the Configure.me-xxxx available w/ strong signal, I see the switch and that looks fine. However, I'm not able to finish configuring the network.

Any help getting the Switch and APs connected would be appreciated. I've got everything within reach and I'm happy to send pictures/video if needed.

As per the case description, I understand that you have purchased a new Lennar home and trying to set up the Ruckus network.

Also, please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the light status and the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports
