Hi, I have a ICX7150-24P, that suddenly has a few ports now not working anymore, I think it's a hardware issue. I've reload and reset the switch. As well as factory resetting the switch via CLI over serial. The issue still persists.

When you initiate a chat with the support team, kindly inform them that a replacement should be an ICX 7150-C12P Switch.
The 24-port variant is generally not needed, as it is not regularly used by most Lennar customers.
