ICX7150 24P Several ports not working.

Hi, I have a ICX7150-24P, that suddenly has a few ports now not working anymore, I think it's a hardware issue. I've reload and reset the switch. As well as factory resetting the switch via CLI over serial. The issue still persists.

Thank you for the response.

Please confirm if you are able to connect devices while connecting to other 12 ports.

Could you please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same, showing the FULL Switch panel cable connections to the Switch ports .

The first two pictures show both ports working but then if I switch to  port 9 10  and some others they don't work, as shown in the last two pictures.

Could you please confirm if you have purchased the Ruckus Switch through e-commerce websites like Amazon, eBay, etc., or third-party Vendors,?

Could you please confirm how many Access points are connected to the Switch?

Could you please let me know the light status on the Access Points when connected to the last ports ? Any of these lights are on (Please refer to the below picture and share a picture of the same)
